You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following Booking Terms and Conditions.

We are not a tour operator, and we do not act as an airline, insurer, medical provider, visa agent, or assisted living service.
Full Balance — 2026 stays
Due 60 days before stay
Full Balance — 2027 stays onwards
Due 90 days before stay
Policy update — effective 17:00 (GMT+8) 7 August 2026
Bookings made on or after 17:00 (GMT+8) 7 August 2026
All payments, including your reservation deposit, are fully refundable if you cancel 90 or more days before the stay start date.
Bookings made before 17:00 (GMT+8) 7 August 2026
The previous policy continues to apply — all payments are fully refundable if you cancel 60 or more days before the stay start date.
Inside your refund window
Once your applicable refund window has passed (within 90 days of the stay start date for new bookings, or within 60 days for bookings made before 7 August 2026), no refunds will generally be provided, as costs are typically fully committed at this stage.
Stay-specific exception — Langkawi, March 2027
In the event a stay is cancelled due to insufficient participant numbers, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made, including any reservation deposit.
Any such payment is recoverable, and the guest agrees to reimburse Retire & Reset in full.
